I’ve worked extensively with large datasets, applied advanced statistical techniques to analyze labour markets and evaluate program effectiveness, and wrote policy documents assessing fiscal and regulatory frameworks
Before founding Phedra Consulting, I served as an Associate Director of Operations managing multimillion-dollar funding portfolios, developed grant-tracking systems, and built performance monitoring tools that improved transparency and impact across small business programs.
